Capacity
The venue seats up to 100 guests for a seated dinner or ceremony, and up to 120 for cocktail or standing reception formats.

- String lighting and atmospheric lighting packages
- AV projection for presentations and slideshows
Tables for Sales, Markets, and Shows
Tables and chairs being included matters more for some events than others. For a tag or estate sale, a craft market or vendor show, or a club that meets monthly, table rental is usually the largest single cost an organizer faces. Here it comes with the room.
Kitchen and Catering
There is no kitchen prep area on site. Catering that arrives ready to serve works well, as does food brought in finished. Worth planning around before you book.
Parking
Parking is on site and included. For a full hall at 100 guests there is room for the cars that come with it, and more parking nearby for the rare event that needs it.
Extra Restrooms
The hall has two full bathrooms. That covers a meeting, a class, or a sale without anyone waiting. For a wedding or a long evening at full capacity, or for an event that carries into the parking area, a restroom trailer parked alongside keeps the line inside short.
Eastern Shore Restroom Trailers delivers climate-controlled trailers with flushing toilets and running water, from compact two-station units up to multi-stall. Delivery, setup and service are included, and they are based here in Cambridge.
Setup and Breakdown
Rental windows include time for setup and breakdown. Tell us your timing when you ask and we’ll work around it.
